Screen Went out on my Pebble 2 Duo

Hi I am aware the warranty was not long for this device (Pebble 2 Duo), but I am hoping you can point me to some parts?

I do not I think did anything weird, but it seems like water damage. The last thing I did before I noticed the dying screen was wash dishes.

I did not open up the watch and still have not, but will try if I can get a new screen. This is still my favorite watch. And would also like some tips so it does not die like this again.
