Can't Force A Reset

I think I may have bricked my pebble.

I turn it of at night but because the "factory reset" option appears before the "turn off" option, I accidentally factory reset my pebble and it will not reconnect to my phone after many off and ons of my phone and watch.

Do I have a bricked Pebble now? When I try and hard disconnectit form my phone, I have no options. I just have a QR code on my watch - what can I do to save this?

Yeah I’ve done literally everything I can think of, including uninstalling and re-installing the pebble app. No luck.

Well… that sucks. (Not to whine)

That’s all I got no matter how many times I try and unpair from my phone/ force a reset by holding all the buttons on the watch itself. :frowning:

In the Pebble app go to Settings>Get Help>New Bug Report. Send us a note in there and we can help you out!

Make sure you have unpaired in the phone bluetooth menu. That can stop it connecting if the watch reset it’s bluetooth settings after a factory reset.

Okay, awesome.

That worked!

Sorry for whining, I was more upset that I accidentally factory reset the watch. Sorry to bug you and @steve with a “don’t make me tap the sign” level troubleshooting question.

Thank you both!
