I see in the release notes for v4.11.0 that the minor versions are going to be actual minor versions. However, the time between V4.12 and V4.11 is two days, which seems like hardly enough time to do any kind of actual testing or verification, let alone time to implement new features. So is the minor version essentially just the new auto updated patch version?
