Watch skin reaction

Hello. After wearing the watch for a couple of days, I got a rash on my wrist. I was hoping it was from the quick release lever on the replacement watch band, and not the watch itself. I didn’t wear the watch for about a week, acquired a non-quick-release thingy for the watch band, and wore it again for a day (and night). The rash came back and now I’m pretty sure it’s caused by the charging contacts or magnets. Has anyone else experienced this? Since using the original pebble time and round, I’ve used many smartwatches, including ones from fossil, google, amazfit, and Garmin. I’ve not had any problems with my skin with those.

I had the same issue, but it went away as soon as I switched to a ceramic band that was more loose on my wrist. For most of us, I think it was the material the band was made out of.

same here, my arm does not like silicone bands :frowning:

I am personally using Nylon!

I’m using a leather band and it’s not very tight on my wrist. My reaction is to the watch not to the watchband.

Sorry to read this.

I’ve been wearing my Pebble 2 Duo since received it (november 21st), I had a small rash only one day when I wore it too tight.

Not anymore . I very happy with it (and I wear it longer than my Classic, since the charge lasts much longer!)

What do you mean ceramic band? Do you have a link?
