Pebble 2 Duo availability

Hey everyone,

I’ve always been a big fan of Pebble. I only found out about the comeback now in December. I’m really happy it’s happening, but I was late to the party and missed the chance to order a Pebble 2 Duo — and I’d love to get one. Any info on a new batch coming? Anyone selling one? (laughs). I’m from Brazil.

Same here in EU (Slovakia). I’m about to order couple of the Pebble Time 2, but love to get the Pebble 2 Duo for my boys.

No new batches have been announced, people might decide to sell their C2D if they also bought a Time 2 though, so maybe keep an eye on secondhand markets?

Yeah, for sure. I’m keeping an eye on it, and so far it’s not looking great. It showed up for 250 to 360 bucks on eBay. I’m not paying that, but let’s see what happens.

The Rebble Discord server may have people selling them at a more reasonable price, might be worth checking there too.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they’d ship it anywhere if you cover cost of shipping

Hi @eric, any thoughts on getting the Pebble 2 DUO back, maybe with colour display ? I see those as an ideal watch for kids :wink: .

I understand that managing company with pretty much your own money will put quite pressure on where and how you spent them, but maybe a good inspiration to draw from is Jolla Phone from Finland and how they get cash for production - no kickstarter, but pre-order batches and the production only starts if minimum of xy people pre-order (just a thought).

Hi Martin,

Unfortunately, as of this moment, we don’t have any further plans for Pebble 2 Duo. Production was limited by the stock of housings we had on hand, which have since been exhausted.

Thanks for the reply @claudio. It was actually my initial thought that the Pebble 2 Duo production could actually happen from old parts - housing stock and therefore very limited.

My reasoning was that this would be great as a first and very affordable kids watch with neat features like compass & step tracking with ton of fun watch faces but with minimal distraction.

… but understand if there are not present plans to relaunch this product variant.
