Music apps not working with PT2 Music Controls

Using a Pebble Time 2 on Android (specifically Motorola Razr Ultra). Neither of my music apps (YouTube Music and one called Pulsar) display the playback on my Pebble, I just see “START PLAYBACK ON YOUR PHONE”.

If anyone has any insight please let me know. I don’t know if it’s a problem on my end, if these integrations are still yet to arrive from a software update, or what.

Spotify and VLC work great.

It works for me with Spotify as well. But shouldn’t it open automatically from the moment you start playing music? That’s what I remember from my PTS. Or did that only work like that with Music Boss?

For sure, I know it’s not supposed to launch the Pebble music player automatically.

My issue is that, when music is already playing, the player never shows any controls.
