Exporting health data

How do I export my data back out of the Pebble app ?

Ideally a CSV for things like step counts…

( importing it into Google is not a solution )

Currently there’s no such functionality

You can access and download your data using apps. I know Health Monitor + offers a .json option.

Is it planned ?

Speaking of which, is there a public roadmap anywhere ?

I’ve only had a PT2 a week and already there’s a half dozen paper cuts.

I haven’t seen a public road map. The only things I’ve seen are things Eric has said, scattered across Bluesky on Twitter.

I wonder what happens if I email Pebble and ask for an export… anyone tried this yet ?

Very interested if you are an EU-located user…

I don’t think the health data is stored in the cloud, so emailing would not help here afaik.

That being said, I am temporarily switching phones right now and not having the option to move my health data history with me is kind of annoying…

Of course it isn’t, I was wondering about data extraction and portability in the context of the quantified self movement.

It looks like there used to be an app to do this (by sending the data to a web API you could run yourself) , but it’s not been updated for heart rate, for instance.

Sounds like Yet Another Project I need to bank
