I just charged my PT2. I watched the charging on a USB monitor, and saw that it accepted about 160mAh of charge, which I believe is the capacity of the battery. However, when I look at the pebble app on my Android, it claims that the charge level is 51%. And also, the clock face shows that the level is not full. Do I have a defective watch? My memory is that the previous charge, the clock face did show a full charge.
Hi Rich, I just emailed you back. Sending over a bug report would be helpful for us to see what’s going on with your watch. Thanks!
A little more info: I attached the charger again. It showed an additional 24mAh charge before it stopped accepting charge, and that brought it from 51% to 79%. The arithmetic doesn’t make much sense here! I disconnected and reconnected it, and another 16mAh brought it to 100%.
As requested, I’ll now go look for how to submit a bug report ![]()
How to submit a bug report:
In the Pebble app, go to Settings > Phone > Get Help > New Bug Report.
-Please let us know once you’ve sent it in!
Same problem here: charged my Pebble Time 2 up to 100% (“fully charged” Info on watch), Pebble App says 59%. Reconnected the charger, after 5 minutes the watch display says “fully charged”, the app says 58%(!), connceted it for a third time, after a few seconds the watch say “fully charged” - now the app say 100%
That’s a little confusing …
