Hi, have the Pebble Time 2, and this morning I slept in an extra hour due to my watch not updating to our new British Columbia time zone. We didn’t “fall back” with the rest of PST. My watch is one hour slower than my phone (the actual time).
Now I’m having trouble getting the time to update. Changed the Android “Time” setting - removed “Timezone configured manually”. On the watch, went to Settings/Date & Time - Time Source is “Automatic”, Timezone source is "Automatic, America/Vancouver).
Powered the watch off and on. Still stuck 1 hour behind the phone. Advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
Hi Eric, first - you’re an absolute legend! Second - when I click your link it takes me to the rebble home page. Is there some easyily deployable fix I should obtain? If not, I can just switch my time manually to one hour later until the fix is out of beta.
There should be a button in the account portal, something like “switch to beta channel” that should let you sign up for the beta version of the watch fw. Keep in mind that they’re all staged rollouts so you’re not guaranteed to receive the update before it ships to the main fw channel.
