Watchface settings not applying on PT2

I have a PT2 and an Android phone. When using the “BabaIsYou” watchface by FouzR, none of the settings that I alter in the settings menu get applied when I click the “Save Settings” button. The settings get saved in the menu, but the watchface doesn’t change.

The watchface was updated as recently as April 26th, so I’m assuming this is an issue with my phone/watch and not the watchface itself.

Does anyone know what might be happening? Can someone try the BabaIsYou watchface and see if they can get settings to apply? Is there another watchface with settings I can try to rule out the watchface being the issue?

Hi there, doesn’t work on my watch either. I tried their other face “Seiko-data” and those settings moved over. You can actually contact the developer from the web app store! Keep us posted!

I am the developer, and it’s kinda hard to test this when the config is a bit too big to work with pebble emu-app-config

Will try to have someone else in the discord give me some logs and will go from there

Good news, I think I found the problem(it wasn’t limited to Time 2)

It works! Thank you.

I’m also noticing that the battery and temperature blocks aren’t updating. Temperature is stuck at 000 and battery just shows “–”. Is this a related issue?

The temp one might be dependent on the location setting being correct

As for battery…it’s really weird and I don’t know why, but at 100% it shows up as – -, need to check it out properly when I’m free

Also @Trevor is there a way to link or have an easier way for people to find my forum account instead of only having a direct dev-contact from the store?

fixed the battery issue too, was a side effect of how I handled certain values
