PT2 Notification doesn't show

Hi, my PT2 just arrived, when the watch pair an update show on the phone (Android 11), but no notifications show on the watch, the one way to show notifications was: unpair, forgot the phone on the watch, clear all data, and then begin all the steps. But next day is the same, no notifications again. is there a bug? or do I need to do these all steps every day? :weary_face:

Hi there, no, you shouldn’t have to do this every day. Can you fill out a bug report in the Pebble app? We’ll be able to check out what’s going on.

[UPDATE] after I send a bug report, the support guy write me some configuration in the phone. Add pebble app to the ā€œautostart appsā€ or ā€œbackground autostartā€, after I added to that list, I reboot the phone and works!!

I have the same problem (on Android 16). Where can I find this option?

For me, force quiting and restarting the pebble app helped.

I also experience this issue, but it seems random. Notifications exist on my phone, but the PT2 no longer shows them.

The Pebble app shows a count of notifications per app in the ā€œNotificationsā€ tab, but no longer shows the history of saved notifications. I assume the two are related.

Restarting the phone and watch made no difference. I’m hesitant to reset the watch or reinstall the Pebble app as I don’t want to configure everything again.
