What is the battery load when just clicking - not recording?

While the general idea is nice in and of itself, this would be a nice tool for counting rounds when knitting, and have an app count rounds off on a phone. But what is the draw on the battery when just clicking (plain click and release) and sending that click-info to the phone without actually recording any audio? Digital row counters exist, but they are cumbersome and lack the connectivity ā€œ01ā€ provides.
