Hi! I had an original Pebble way back when, and loved it. When I learned that Pebble was back, and watched the video about the Round 2, I knew I had to get it. It looks beautiful, and I looking forward to receiving mine. I’m more than a bit of a gadget nerd, so I love getting in on something new as early as possible, even if there are bugs to be worked out.
Like Marvi1, I also had the og Pebble back in the day (a red one). It suffered what most did - a broken LCD connector, and I lost the charger at some point.
My wife surprised me with a pre-order of the Time 2, and I am now tinkering with CloudPebble looking to make my own watchfaces. I’m sure I’ll see a lot of you in the Developer Corner.
I’ve had 4 pebbles but only just found out pebble is back! I was devastated when the most exciting watch ever wasnt coming out due to the fitbit sale. I eventually stopped wearing my PTS because I had difficulty getting its charging connection stable after a time.
But yeah, my replacement is a garmin and I really dont love how limited it is, and how garbage their appstore is. But now not only am I learning that pebble is coming back but that my highly anticipated watch might be a reality.
Great to be back again. In the past I have been a proud owner of a Pebble Steel OG. About two years ago I started wearing it again because I discoverd Rebble. Then this awesome beauty came along, my T2. hope to learn a lot here.
Hi all from south of Sweden. Wohoo. Nice being here. Lost my banglejs while traveling and found pebble at about the same time. Ordered a Time 2 and will hopefully get it in August. Meanwhile I have been programming and running things in the emulator. So far it’s been quite smooth.
I was one of the initial watch buyer, paid into it before there was a product, I upgraded to the next generation then it was sold and none the apps worked I felt betrayed, but thats business will i buy another one I dont know,
I was an early adopter, when the original Kickstarter campaign was still running. I started wearing my OG Pebble again a couple of months ago, after an Apple Watch died on me.
I was actually shopping for an upgraded Apple Watch, when I suddenly decided to jump back on the Pebble band wagon. Glad I did. Happy to be here. Hoping to meet more of this community, while learning something about coding as well.
Just ordered a brand new Time 2 yesterday. Giddy up!
