What used to be rock solid, now fails to start listening, waits forever after you click to say finished speaking, or just ignores you spoke. Or says “an error occured” with no hint of what might actually be wrong
I have an issue on Android 17 on my Pixel where local speech doesn’t work at all if my phone is locked. The cloud fallback doesn’t seem to initiate. Maybe try it while the phone is unlocked and if that works submit a bug report?
