Timeline: accessing Outlook calendar

Hi there! I just received my Pebble Time 2 today, and my setup has gone relatively smoothly thus far. I am trying to setup my timeline so that I can see my calendar events from my Outlook app (my work only uses Microsoft Outlook) on my timeline. I have an Android phone (Moto G Power 2025). When I go to the timeline options page, I can see my personal account Google calendars, but not my work account Outlook calendar. My Outlook work email and calendar account is fully setup and operational on my Android phone. I tried to search the help forum, but I couldn’t find any relevant posts so far. Does anyone know how to sync my Outlook calendar with my PT2 timeline? Thanks! Andrew

Does this mean it appears when you are on the https://calendar.google.com website when signed in as the user on your phone ?

I expect it doesn’t, and so it’s existing in it’s own silo. You’ll need to share it from work to your personal account if so. Once it shows up on the site, the phone should pick it up.

Thank you! I was able to resolve the issue. In my Outlook Android app, I went to Settings–>Calendar–>Sync Calendars and toggled on sync for my Microsoft 365 work account. My work calendars now appear as an option in the Timeline.

I think your approach likely would work, too. Here are the instructions that I found in case any future person wants to go that route: To add your work Outlook calendar to Google Calendar, use the ICS feed method for viewing or account integration for two-way syncing.

Option 1: View Outlook in Google Calendar (One-Way Sync)
This method allows you to see Outlook events in Google Calendar but does not allow editing from Google.

Log in to Outlook on the web.
Click the Gear icon (Settings) > Calendar > Shared calendars.
Under Publish a calendar, select your calendar and set permissions to Can view all details.
Click Publish and copy the ICS link (not the HTML link).
Go to Google Calendar on the web, click + Other calendars > From URL.
Paste the ICS link and click Add calendar.
