I use Proton Calendar, which isn’t currently supported by/available on the android pebble app settings. Can we get that when you get time?
Unless there’s a way I can learn how to code and add myself?
I think that it’s not currently available because Proton does not still use Android Calendar API
Proton recently added the ability to add Their Calendar as the default on ANDROID. So I can more open ICS files in proton calendar by default. I take it that doesn’t mean they are using the API?
I still obviously don’t see my proton calendars in the Pebble Calendar settings, nor can my other apps read from/write to my proton Calendar.
No, unfortunately it’s not the same thing. There is a feature request open but still nothing on roadmap as far as I know Android's Calendar API integration – The Voice of the Proton Community

There was a post today on rebble discord about it, someone (thanks again!) found a bitfire app that synchronize a ics link with the android calendar.
I just try it and it works!
You just need the app (open source one but well know developers) ICSx5 ICSx⁵ | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository, create a share link from Proton and set it on the app
Then Pebble app can see it as expected
