Fully agree. Without glasses I can only ready the light (non-bold) texts in good light conditions or with the backlight on it’s highest setting, which obviously is a huge drain on the battery. Having the font just a little bigger would help so much.

Little technical amendment: Such a setting should also be exposed to app developers, so they can honor it as well. Ideally I’d assume there’s high-level functions for stuff like menus, that would automatically propagate to apps as well, but there’s certainly cases where app developers will want to implement it in a custom solution.

I considered returning mine for this reason, but I have faith that there will be a solution. On the plus side, I have increased empathy for those with vision impairment. Software and hardware accessibility is a huge problem.

Is that setting already user-accessible somewhere? Or is that basically a static value right now meant to be used for such a feature some time in the future?
I’m not actually sure. I thought it was a thing that was fully supported and all tme system apps supported it but apparently not 
I’d have to dig through the code and see if it’s actually implemented everywhere, but I haven’t seen anything so far
Speaking of small fonts, the displayed text in the Pebble Health app on my PT2 is too tiny!
