I have my PT2 and love it.
It seems to work fine but I have yet to hear the speaker. Setting, Sound and Haptics, Mute Speaker = Off. Scrolling down and selecting Alarms, all alarms are haptics only.
Is this correct?
I would lie to be able to verify speaker is working before my 30days is up.
Current firmware adds a sound setting to alarms, so update to that. There are several apps in the store that use the speaker like pebbletone, bad apple,…
I have Version 1.4.1.0 and when I set an Alarm on my watch, there is a Sound option that has four different musical selections.

Yes, I get that, PT2, vs 4.17… but where exactly?? Under Sounds and Haptics? In the Pebble alarm app?
For alarms, you would edit the settings for the specific alarm you want to have make a sound.
If you wanted to just “make sure the speaker/touch is working” you could use an app like this:

Go into the Alarms app and then you will see a Sound setting after scrolling down from the Disable setting.
