Health Tracking not working on Time & Time Steel

Phone App Version: 1.2.0.3

Watches: Time & Time Steel (both v4.4.3-rbl)

Issue: Health Tracking not working, and cannot open Health app on watch (e.g. steps not being counted on watches or being synched to phone app). Watches say that Health Tracking is not enabled in the Pebble app - it definitely is enabled

Things I have tried:

  • Toggling the Health Tracking option on/off in the phone app
  • Restarting the phone app
  • Restarting the watches
  • Restarting the phone
  • Reinstalling the phone app
  • Factory resetting the watches

Any troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Issue no longer occurring with the 1.2.1.6 update to the phone app
