I’ve on-again off-agained everything and still no dice, I’ve also testing silencing settings on my phone & multiple find my phone apps.

There was an app update yesterday. It might have changed your find phone.
What watch app finds the phone for you?
I just installed “Find My Phone” on my watch and it works good. Not sure if that’s the one you were using.
That’s the one! It’s working today. (I didn’t lose my phone so I haven’t tried it.)
It’s totally my luck to lose my phone on the day the app broke.
