… can there be “fixed” anything?
9 out of 10 apps I’m finding are not working properly or having issues with the new watches.
Especially old Watchfaces without configuration pages make big trouble.
Wouldn’t it be possible to separate here more and push apps to something like an archive?
Just the hint inside the Apps-description isn’t enough!

Some old apps have been fixed in the Rebble store. If you want to almost guarantee an app is new, there’s a “Made for PT2” filter I believe. There will still be some old apps but most should be new
I had now several WF in “made for PT2” without Config-Page … so …
Maybe give https://repebblesearch.com a try. More filter possibilities.
While it certainly is good to have (and point out) a good alternative, this should not be the experience for someone who just bought a pebble.
I myself never owned one before and ran into this issues a few weeks back when I got my PT2. I downloaded quite a few apps, including e.g. Misfit, which didn’t work, interfered with the intended behavior and/or battery life. Just not a great experience.
Now I know what to check (just have a look for when the app was created/last updated and maybe do a quick search if in doubt) and it’s not a big deal, but like I said - this should not be the default experience.
Hence why I said “there will be some old apps but most should be new”

yes I can check the last update-date
yes I can read the banner that the settings-page “might not work” (it’s never working)
BUT … when I’m in this page it’s already way to late.
That’s why the idea to make something like a separated archive.
The “filter” button “made for PT2” is taking out too much stuff in my eyes, because a lot of apps are still working on the new watches and these are also taken out by this filter-button.
There can be added a “report” button, and later the reports are taken and the apps can be shifted to the “archive” section … after short review.
