At the very least, it seems that you could add a label to bugs closed as “won’t fix” if you insist on closing the issues?
Additionally, GitHub Projects let you triage open issues with greater granularity if you do want to classify issues as “Core Devices will fix” vs. “Core Devices won’t fix.” Regardless, it would be nice to have some kind of label for “issue is still present” IMO
When i first provided product feedback on this issue in the product feedback category, my post was moved to another category in a way that seemed to put the blame for the issue on me; that was when I made the github ticket.
As soon as my C skills are to the point that I can effectively fix the UI issues with Left-hand display mode, I will absolutely be submitting a PR.
On the flip side, I, and probably others, use the “open” filters when searching specifically for open tickets, and presume that tickets marked as “completed” have been fixed in some way.
