Resting heart rate over time is a very simple, but effective metric to track for people who are trying to improve their fitness. It would be nice to have it in Pebble Health!

Besides a fitness indicator, it is also a wellness indicator. A sudden rise in my resting heart rate usually indicates that my body is fighting off some form of illness. However, any drinking of alcoholic beverages will also raise your resting heart rate, so I don’t drink.
