Is it safe to rinse the Index 01 under running water and then towel dry it if it gets dirty/gunky?
I see in the documentation, it is recommended to remove the Index 01 when washing hands or showering even though it is generally safe to get it wet briefly. There are also instructions for how to clean out the microphone hole if it gets gunked up like from lotions or creams.
But what is best way to clean the Index 01 if it just gets generally dirty? Since it is worn on my primary hand’s primary (index) finger, it is bound to get dirty. When my Apple Watch gets dirty, I just rinse/rub it under running water, wipe it off, and run the “water ejection” mode to clean out the speaker holes. When my Oura ring gets dirty, I just rinse it under running water and wipe it off to dry it.
