Index Settings for Assistant Model

I had something go wacky with my Pebble and I lost some settings. It affected the Assistant model on my Index. I’ve switched between Local Only and Cloud (with Local Fallback), and I’m getting an extra message on my Pebble that shows the text I spoke, but also text like this:
Press->RX: 3.9s
Action Taken:
Noted

How can I get the Index transcription to return to the simple message without the extra message page (see above – Press->RX: 3.9s… and so on

Go to Index → gear icon → scroll to bottom → disable Debug
