How long before someone creates a phone/watch cuff?

I’m wondering how long it will be before someone takes the idea of a cuff and uses it to wrap a smart phone around a person’s wrist, thus negating the need for a smart watch, since the watch and phone are now one? Obviously, the circuit board and screen would need to either be flexible or maybe the circuit board could be built in sections. Flexible screens are already available, so that shouldn’t be a problem.
