Is there any way to reply to a pebble user who reached out me from “contact developer” at pebble app store?
I made an workout app for pebble with android.
Recently I got some feedback from pebble user who reached out from pebble app store.
He seems to find some software bug on my app.
To make sure how he find it, I want to reach out to him.
Yes you can reply to the email and it will be delivered to the person. Your email address will be hidden.

I received one of those. Total surprise since my total audience is maybe 20? The email made it clear it was anonymous two ways.
Fixed an issue for the user. Didn’t hear back from them, but I hope they were happy with the fix.
Ah, nice to see that you’ve switched to using a relay instead of just exposing the dev account email address to the world
Not sure what you’re talking about…since we launched this feature a few months ago it has always been 100% anonymous in both directions.
