# Smart Alarm not working?

Hi there,

on my previous Smartwatch I always used a smart alarm, to wake me up during light sleep in the morning. It’s so much better than just a fixed alarm and I really don’t wanna go back.

Unfortunately with my new(-ish) PT2 that’s not working at all. In theory there is a smart alarm, which is described as what I want, but it seems to just always go off at the earliest time. What’s going on here? Is that a me-thing or a general problem?

Anyone working on getting this fixed? A timeline maybe?
