# PSA: The devs who make Sleep as Android made a Heart Rate Variability (hrv) app

Since incoming notifications is a distraction, instruct user to enable Quiet Time. Also, would be better if the backlight stayed on for the 2 minutes.

It’s not my app, just the first one I’ve seen with hrv integration which I’ve been wanting. I want it for sleep recovery (which is probably what it’s designed for given the integration with their sleep app) and it’s best to measure first thing in the am for that at which point most people will already have their watch on silent. It will buzz after the two minutes, best not to look at it and relax.

Just a note that you don’t need sleep as android, I’m on ios. This runs fully on the watch.
