When I get the Pebble Round 2, will the setup I currently have for the Pebble Time 2 automatically apply to the Round 2. Can both of them be controlled separately for the apps I have, watch faces, etc.
Installed apps will be synced across watches (except for Round-only and Time-only apps/watchfaces) I don’t think system settings are synced but I might be wrong about that.
Yes it’s like that when you have a PT2 and another OG Pebble connected to the phone app - I expect no difference with two newer watches - I would really like to keep them separate, as I don’t need/use many of the apps I like to use on my PT2 on my PTR (display too small and not needed) but even the app menu can’t be sorted in different ways - what is inconvenient as the OG pebble can’t do menu wrap - so it’s always clicking up and down …
A different setting for every watch would be much better
If it were to support different configs for different watches it’d Dave to be an optional thing — most people want them all set up the same. But yeah that could be a nice feature to support
So I just got a replacement Time 2 and as far as I can tell almost everything synced. The settings in the watch section of the app appear to be the same as they were before.
The only thing that didn’t quite sync was my watch face settings. However, when I opened the settings on my phone they were already set to what they were before and I all I needed to do was hit save.
