The Pebble is great and is tracking my sleep at night very good, but in the 2 days I’ve had it it has tracked two sleeps where I wasn’t asleep.
The first was een I was sitting on the couch playing outbound (great game btw) on the switch with a controller. I wasn’t moving much except my thumbs, so it said I was sleeping.
The second time was today during work when I was reading some documentation and also was just scrolling back and forth.
Now I get that in both instances I was very relaxed that I was close to sleeping, great I can do that during gaming and work. But would be greater if I could delete those sleep periods from the overview to keep it accurate.
I’ve had it register sleep a couple of times while it was on my desk for a few hours. There should definitely be an option to delete or edit sleep (and sync those changes to the health app). It should also have the option to not register sleep if it hasn’t detected a heart rate or moved in x time (same with individual alarms, really).
echoing some way to adjust sleep. Just got my watch and it clocked in 9+hrs of sleep… it somehow added the 3 hours sitting on my desk before I went to bed (and I was active for about 15-20 minutes when I put the watch on). Something with it’s detection methods is clearly missing.
