Unless I missed something, there doesn’t seem to be much going on for improvement/bug squashing for the Index 01. I’ve had mine for a few weeks and while the app has changed subtly since then, the reported bugs don’t seem to be fixed.

Anyone have any insight as to Index development activity?

Thanks. It appears to take at a week or more from the dates shown in the changelog to when the app is updated in the respective app stores. Right now, version 1.11.0.3 from Aug 26 is the one in the iOS App Store but the latest in the Changelog is 2 builds newer at 1.12.01 dated Sep 6. Is there a faster way (for casual users) to get the updates?

Also, I don’t see any updates in the PebbleOS Changelog for the Index - is it that because there haven’t been any newer than 3.75.0 or is there a separate changelog for the Index 01 firmware?

I’m still (im)patiently waiting for the bug fix to the Index to allow me to use iPhone Reminders for Reminders and Index Notes for everything else. Currently, using iPhone Reminders breaks all non-reminders that should route to Index Notes.

What does yours look like? This is using the regular version of the iOS app.

Hi! I should have clarified that when set to use iPhone Reminders, attempting to add anything to a list other than “Notes to Self” will also result in an iPhone reminder. I have previously submitted this as a bug and posted previously here with full details, but here is a summary of the issue.

I have Reminders set to “iPhone Reminders” and Notes set to “Index Notes”.

Saying “Remind me to wash my car” works as expected by being added to the iOS Reminders app.

Saying “I like Strawberries” works as expected by being added to the “Notes to Self” list.

Saying “Add Strawberries to my Shopping List” attempts to create a reminder for iOS Reminders rather than adding “Strawberries” to the existing list named “Shopping List.”

Note that when set to use Index Reminders instead, the above statement properly adds item “Strawberries” to the list “Shopping List”.

What I would expect to happen is that when set to use iPhone Reminders and Index Notes, any statement that resolves to a reminder will route to iPhone Reminders and all other non-reminder statements will be processed and routed the same as if reminders were set to use Index Reminders. Ex: being able to add things to lists by name or to Notes to Self is no list is specified, etc.
