Display Failure and Excessive Battery Drain

I received the watch yesterday. After setting it up, I installed the popular Mario watch face and an app that provides a warning when the battery reaches 80%.

I then left the watch on my desk overnight. At that time, the watch was displaying the clock normally.

When I checked it this morning, the display was no longer working. The watch itself had become very hot, as if some process was continuously running.

Pressing the buttons still turns on the backlight, but nothing is shown on the display. The screen remains blank.

In the Pebble smartphone app, the watch is still shown as connected. However, there is no “Power Off” option available in Quick Launch, so I have been unable to shut the watch down.

I also noticed unusually high battery drain. According to the app, the battery dropped by approximately 50% in about 12 hours while the watch was sitting unused on my desk.

Is there a way to force a restart or power off the watch?

Hi there. Please send us a bug report in the app, and we can help you out. ❓Get Help - Contact Us / Bug Reports | Pebble Help Center

You can restart the watch by holding back and center for a few seconds.

Thank you. I submitted the bug report yesterday.

Thank you.
I tried charging it for two hours, but the screen remains completely dark, so I can’t tell if it’s actually charging.

I also tried the steps you explained, but there was no response.
I tried holding down each of the four buttons for at least 10 seconds, but nothing happened.
