As the title says, I think the index should be conscious of user flow. If a user is constantly adding checklist items to their folders and the AI doesn’t recognise them as to-dos or checklists because they don’t have the right syntax, the user shouldn’t then have to go back and manually change every note to a checklist after the fact.
This could be simply resolved by giving users the option to default everything to a checklist if that’s how they use it.
