It seems like it was only recently that custom notification patterns on a per-app basis was added. I noticed the “notification filters” system, and thought "oh, I can define an arbitrary rule to change the pattern just for specific _types_ of notifications. For example, I use Telegram with a lot of people, including my best friend. I was hoping to define a notification filter in the app that says “vibrate _just this notification_ differently” but to my dismay, notification filters only allow you to block notifications based on content, which is exactly what I don’t want.

So, my main request is to allow defining custom notification patterns instead of filtering out notification content. I imagine this being in the same UI as notification filters, but instead of only blocking, also allow changing the vibration type/sound/behavior.

Setting a vibration pattern per contact would be AMAZING.
