# Cannot send bug report: "an unexpected error occurred "

What can I do? I obviously cannot send a bug report of this bug report from the app.

For you information, the initial tentative bug report is follow

Hi,  
I did play with “natural time” watchface settings within Pebbleapp, which it seems ended bugging, so I went back to Pebble app (see image) which showed a strange look in the upper left part.  
So I forcibly stopped the Pebble app and cleared the cache, now looks normal.  
Any idea about what happened?

Meanwhile I restarted my phone and was then able to create and send my bug report: #14987

Do I still need to share the post be email?

nope! I imagine it was some sort of DNS/internet issue
