Is there an Alloy API to trigger the backlight? The documentation currently at [Backlight // Pebble Developers](https://developer.repebble.com/guides/events-and-services/light/) looks like it’s in C.

It looks like this was supported in a recent [Moddable SDK release](https://github.com/Moddable-OpenSource/moddable/releases/tag/8.1.0). It should be usable in a future Pebble firmware and Pebble SDK releases.

The example at Moddable seems to only turn the backlight on and off. Hopefully we get full RGB control in JS soon.

My watchface looks really cool with a coloured RGB backlight but don’t want that the whole time for the OS.

Yup, looks like the watch.light() function in the js example takes a boolean. It’s a step in the right direction.
