I canceled immediatly. You should put an estimation BEFORE asking for bank details, even more with this absurd increment in price.

If this is the largest impact the tarrif situation is having on your life, then things are going pretty well for you.
It’s not really the fault of Core this is happening.
I don’t think they ever said it was Core’s fault? Just that they should be more upfront about the total cost
Yeah VAT, Import tax and a bit of tarrifs/fees add up, especially in Europe (Spain 20% - about 40€ in VAT alone you have to pay for it) but I think they’re pretty clear that these costs will be added on top as you have to acknowledge it in the shop.
But I can understand that it’s a bit of a bummer if you’re not ordering often from outside the EU (where everything is priced post-tax) that these costs can shock you a bit when buying something pre-tax with full import costs and you see the real costs of international shopping for the first time
I wonder if the Shop sets that up as default or even offers it. I’m sure Pebble is using the default flow of Shoppify.
